REDC Conducts Developing Future Leaders Programme

The 7-day intensive programme, Developing Future Leaders was organised by the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from November 20-26, 2017. This programme is an immersive learning experience, providing an opportunity to explore individual strengths, increase understanding of effective leadership and refine strategies for a sustained advantage. It imparts contemporary knowledge and skills necessary for young managers to become effective in their roles as future leaders of their organisations.

Led by Director Jamshed H. Khan and Co-Programme Director Atif Saeed Chaudhry and supported by Anwar Khurshid, Muhammad Adeel Zafar, Adnan Zahid, Saad Azmat, Nasser Aziz and Aamna Khalid as teaching faculty, the programme included interactive simulations and exercises blended with classroom discussions on real leadership challenges for interactive discussions and idea sharing amongst the executives.
