Waqar Zaidi (Assistant Professor, HSS) publishes article titled “Stages of War, Stages of Man: Quincy Wright and the Liberal Internationalist Study of War” in The International History Review. This paper seeks to recover American legal scholar Quincy Wright’s seminal text, A Study of War, by elucidating its historical significance and placing it within the intellectual and institutional contexts of its time.
