Rausing Executive Development Centre held an executive development programme on “Accelerated Leadership Development” for City School Management from December 26-31, 2016. This programme was designed to help City School’s Heads to develop entrepreneurial and managerial capacity in their roles as business managers with a strong focus to improve leadership skills.
The programme was intended to impart skills and knowledge to the participants in various functional roles and form a holistic management perspective to take on new challenges and progress within the organisation. Directed by Anwar Khurshid and Atif Saeed and joined in by teaching faculty Ehsan Ul Haque and Faiza Ali, the sessions aimed to increase participants’ personal understanding of leadership and bridge the gap between understanding and effective action.
Discussion based case studies, hands-on exercises, interactive simulations and projects were blended to ensure participants master the latest techniques on building leadership capacity, resource management, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship and new trends in management of education sector.
