Sabreena Khalid is a corporate finance associate resident in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, a Vault Top 50 law firm. She graduated from SAHSOL with a B.A.-LL.B. in 2014, and completed her L.L.M. from Harvard Law School in 2015.
Ms. Khalid has experience in a range of financing transactions representing financial institutions, public and private companies and private equity sponsors, primarily in connection with acquisition financings, subscription facilities and asset-based facilities. Her work includes establishing facilities with cross-jurisdictional security arrangements and multi-currency facilities.
