I am very happy to announce that this year’s winner of the Raazia Waseem Prize for best senior project in English will be awarded to Zuha Siddqui. Zuha’s thesis ‘Press Censorship and theUrdu Digest’ with her supervisor Maryam Wasif was one of her many achievements during her undergraduate in English at LUMS. Zuha is now proceeding to do her MA in Near Eastern Studies and Journalism at NYU. She has also been awarded the Falak Sufi scholarship by NYU.
