The much-awaited 24th Convocation ceremony of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is all set to kick off today. The ceremony will officially start at 8:30 a.m. as the academic procession enters Syed Maratab Ali Sports Complex, LUMS.
The LUMS Convocation 2012 is by far the largest ceremony in the University’s history, with as many as 713 students in the graduating Class of 2012 from its all three schools; Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Law (MGSHSS) and School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE). The management will honour its outstanding students with awards and medals over excellence in their academic performances.
