To continue enabling and delivering value-creating efforts, the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) at LUMS, has resumed its in-person, off-campus programme in collaboration with one of the leading banks of Pakistan. The three-day programme, conducted from October 19-21, 2020, was held at Faysal Bank and focused on leadership development for senior management.
The programme was aligned with the bank’s learning and development needs, and was led by Dr. Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik, and Dr. Arif Nazir Butt, faculty members at the Suleman Dawood School of Business at LUMS. It was based on the bank’s key competencies, including leadership, team management, interpersonal skills and client relationship management.

It received positive feedback from the attendees. A participant of the programme stated, “the course was very well designed and kept the audience engaged. The course material spoke volumes to my expectations.”
