This year at the second Intramural League 2017, teams from five cities across Pakistan - Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, Karachi and Rawalpindi competed against each other. In line with the LUMS aim to encourage students to take part in sports activities and promote healthy competition among colleges and universities, the initiation of this league provides a great opportunity for students from various Pakistani universities to engage in sports.
This season, the sports being played at the League include badminton, volleyball, cricket and table tennis. The competing teams include the Lahore Lycans, Quetta Warriors, Peshawar Panthers, Karachi Knights and Rawalpindi Ravens. The league started on September 25, 2017 and will continue for 2 months with matches in all four sports being held weekly.
