Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) held an executive development programme on Public Sector Financial Management from January 30 - February 2, 2017. The programme was designed to help participants to develop understanding of cost management and financial planning in public sector.
The programme was designed to help participants understand core areas of financial management. Directed by Ayesha Bhatti & Junaid Ashraf and co-taught by Saad Azmat, Syed Mubashir Ali and Omair Haroon, the programme highlighted the context of financial management, cost & measurement, financial planning & reporting, accountability & control and capital budgeting. The programme was well received by the participants.
