The 4-day open enrollment programme, ‘Leading and Managing Change’ was conducted by the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from Feb 28 - March 3, 2017. The programme, directed by Anwar Khurshid, joined by Arif N. Butt and Jamshed H. Khan as teaching faculty, incorporated areas related to frameworks of organisational change and roles of change leaders and change agents.
The programme was well received by the participants from diverse areas of expertise. The main emphasis of the programme was on planning for change, identifying forces of change, assessing resistance, selecting an intervening path and addressing the challenges in implementation of change. Topics such as leadership for change, personal change and implementing technological change were also discussed in detail.
“The programme provides an excellent opportunity for learning that has the potential to change lives,” commented a programme participant.
