The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) conducted a 4-day intensive programme on Project Management from September 19 – 22, 2017, led by Programme Director Zehra Waheed and supported by Jamshed Hassan Khan and Arif Rana.
This programme has very high demand and therefore it is repeatedly offered at REDC. It provides executives with a new perspective on project planning, controlling and execution. A thought provoking mix of theoretical concepts, practical tools, techniques and experiential learning, it delivers comprehensive expertise on managing and executing complex projects.
Discussion based case studies, interactive simulations and projects are blended with class room activity to ensure participants master the latest techniques of project management.
