The first in a series of immersive learning interventions for Unilever Pakistan took place at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) from August 15-17, 2017. Structured to spark self-reflection, innovation, and collaboration, the programme aimed to create a learning laboratory for generating breakthrough ideas.
The programme was led by directors, Muhammad Adeel Zafar and Muhammad Luqman Awan and supported by Adnan Zahid and Muhammad Abdur Rahman Malik as teaching faculty.
Interactive simulations and exercises were blended with classroom discussions on local and foreign case studies to ensure fruitful exchange of views amongst the executives. The programme was well received by participants with key appreciation for projects and simulation sessions.
“Actions speak louder than words. LUMS has proved that it is actually providing world-class education,” Syed Aamir Sajjad, Unilever.
“The programme was great overall. The instructors were pretty good in almost all the aspects. Enjoyed every bit of my time at LUMS,” Ali Haider, Unilever.
