Ernst and Young (EY) Ford Rhodes conducted a recruitment drive for their Management Trainee Programme at Lahore University Management Sciences (LUMS). Ms. Zoya Matin Khan, HR Business Partner - Assurance started the session with the company’s introduction. She stated that EY Ford Rhodes is a member of Ernst and Young Global Limited, which is one of the 'Big Four' professional services firms in the world. It exists in 150 countries, with 728 offices across the globe. It is considered as the world’s leading professional services firm with a significant Fortune 500 client base. She further elaborated about their MT programme which is a three-year programme that provides rigorous training to students. Those eligible for this programme are students who have selected Accounting and Finance as their major and are currently in their final year.
Mr. Farooq Hameed, Partner – Assurance then took the stage and shed light on the services being offered by the firm. He said that they provide a comprehensive range of high quality client services in Assurance, Tax, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Advisory.
