The LUMS Cricket Extravaganza, organised by Sports at LUMS (SLUMS) in collaboration with the LUMS Community Service Society (LCSS), was a one of a kind event as it invited the LUMS Alumni and the LUMS Admin to compete against each other for the first time.
The intention behind the event was to honour the efforts and hard work of the LUMS Administrative staff who work tirelessly day and night for the university community. The Admin Team included staff from the Pepsi Dining Centre (PDC), classroom maintenance, MBM, the company which maintains the University cleanliness and the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC). Both the teams played very enthusiastically, making the matches exciting to watch.
The LUMS Alumni team won the Cricket Extravaganza, which proved to be a wonderful event with some exciting cricket and the opportunity to witness LUMS Cricket Legends back in action!
