Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited conducted its recruitment drive at Lahore University of Management Sciences for its Management Trainee Programme on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Ms. Zareen Shahid, HR Business Unit Lead started the session with the brief introduction of their organisation and team members. She told that they have presence in more than 200 countries and are rated 3rd in inter-brand ratings. They have their global headquarters located in Atlanta Georgia. She told that they believe in four core values that are passion, accountability, team work and integrity. Ms. Shahid then invited Mr. Kashif Munir, Manager Strategy & Insights, also a LUMS Alumni, who shared his experience of the company and told the audience that there are a lot of opportunities and exposure in Coca-Cola for a vast career growth.
Ms. Sharood Zafar, HR Specialist Training & Rewards, then discussed about the Management Trainee Programme 2017 for CCBPL. She told that they are looking for the best class of talent who would be the future leaders. Moreover, she discussed about the program structure and application process.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A session.
