'ACCA Embedded Programme' has invited applications from the ACF batch of 2019. With the recent course additions in the SDSB BSc (Hons) ACF programme, we have fully aligned ACF-LUMS degree programme with the ACCA examinations. This makes LUMS, the first University in Pakistan to offer ACCA Embedded programme at Bachelors level, allowing students to complete the University degree and ACCA examinations simultaneously.
Syllabus of the ACCA Embedded BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance programme has been laid out in such a way that first 9 ACCA papers (Fundamentals level) have been covered in the initial years whilst that of remaining 5 ACCA papers (Professionals level) have now been embedded in year 3 and 4 of the degree programme in the form of additional subjects (see table below).

ACCA will be offering a financial incentive of GBP 485/- i-e initial registration + 9 paper exemption fee waiver. Annual Subscription fee of ACCA and the Professionals level exam fee will however be charged at prevailing rate. Students will have to follow the following simple steps to enroll for this embedded programme:
- Step 1: Register with ACCA at the end of year 2 of the degree programme
- Step 2: Claim conditional exemptions from first 9 papers of ACCA (Fundamentals Level)
- Step 3: Study additional subjects from year 3 and take remaining ACCA examinations (Professionals Level) simultaneously
Note: For professional exams appearance at ACCA, students will be required to PASS the above mentioned LUMS ACF courses mapped against ACCA courses specially being offered for tutoring purposes for exam preparations.
